$6.50 per pound on the hanging weight.  Once a deposit is made I will get a butcher date and make sure it is okay with the buyer.  I will deliver the beef to the butcher and get a cut sheet.  Once the beef is hanging I will get the weight and finalize payment.  Once payment is confirmed you will receive the cut sheet.  Once the cut sheet is returned I will get estimated pick up date from butcher and make arrangements for buyer to pick up at butcher.    I use 3 different processors and the buyer can chose between MSU Meat Services     (Starkville MS), Sansing Processing (Mathiston MS), and Attala Frozen Foods (Kosciusko MS).

1 whole beef with  600 pound hanging weight will produce around 420 pounds of retail cuts.

100% grass fed grain finished beef. The beef has been on grain for at least 75 days. There are no antibiotic given to these animals
