$6.75 per pound on the hanging weight. Once a deposit is made I will get a butcher date and make sure it is okay with the buyer. I will deliver the beef to the butcher and get a cut sheet. Once the beef is hanging I will get the weight and finalize payment. Once payment is confirmed you will receive the cut sheet. Once the cut sheet is returned I will get estimated pick up date from butcher and make arrangements for buyer to pick up at butch or at my farm.
1 Half beef with 225 pound hanging weight will produce around 145 pound of retail cuts.
