Half Beef
This is a pre order. Once the deposit is paid I will let you know the processing date.
Beef is $13 per pound based on the final packaged weight.
Once your beef is delivered to the processor, a $1,500 deposit is due. After the deposit is paid, I’ll submit your completed cut sheet to the processor.
Once your beef is cut and packaged, I’ll receive the final packaged weight. Your total will be calculated at $13/lb, and your $1,500 deposit will be deducted from the final balance.
1 Half beef with 225 pound hanging weight will produce around 145 pound of retail cuts.
